Cancellation Policy
📋 Consultation Policy To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking your consultation: Consultation Fee: The $25 consultation fee is credited toward any package booked within 30 days of your session. After that period, the fee is non-refundable. Cancellations & Rescheduling:If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You may reschedule one time within that window without penalty. No-Show & Late Cancellations: If you do not attend your scheduled consultation or fail to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, your session and fee are non-refundable. Rebooking After a No-Show: If you wish to rebook after a missed or late-canceled consultation, a $35 rebooking fee will apply to secure a new session.
