Sasha Perea is a dynamic leader in the fashion and beauty industry, celebrated as a bilingual model, accomplished host, published author, and sought-after coach.

With over 15 years of experience in the pageant circuit, Sasha made history as the first Colombian Miss DC USA in 2021, competing at Miss USA, and earned international recognition as a Top 6 finalist at Miss Grand Colombia.

​

Beyond the stage, she lends her expertise as a host, appearing on platforms such as Fox and Living Local DMV, and collaborating with esteemed organizations including the Colombian Embassy and DC Fashion Week. Her contributions have been recognized by the DC Mayor’s Office and the Mayor’s Office on Latino Affairs for her “unparalleled work in mass media and fashion.” In 2021, she was also named one of the DMV’s 35 Under 35.

Today, Sasha serves as a Commissioner for Fashion, Arts, and Events in Washington, D.C., advancing fashion initiatives throughout the city while coaching aspiring models and pageant contestants through her company, Sasha Perea Consulting. She is also the author of Model Mindset: A Beginner’s Guide to the Modeling Industry, a resource empowering young women to pursue authenticity and confidence in their careers.
