Her Story
Kennedy Ferguson is a modern-day role model who blends beauty, brains, and bold ambition. A former Miss Teen Mid-Atlantic Earth 2023 and Miss Teen Northern Virginia 2022, Kennedy brings both pageant experience and behind-the-scenes expertise to Sasha Perea Consulting.
She first joined SPC as a coaching client and quickly stood out for her dedication, organization, and passion for the industry. Now, as Executive Assistant, Kennedy helps manage the day-to-day operations of the business—from client coordination and scheduling to communications and content support—ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Currently a Senior majoring in Information Technology, Kennedy is the definition of driven and dynamic. Diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at age 7, she has never let it define her. Instead, she’s turned her personal journey into a mission—championing confidence, wellness, and self-leadership for girls navigating challenges both visible and unseen.
